Richard S. Long
Chief Executive Officer

In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Long sets the long-term strategic direction for the company and is responsible for all investment activities.

Prior to joining Regulus, Mr. Long was President and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Information Corporation, an information distribution management company, from 1989 to 1998. When Quantum Information Corporation was acquired by Regulus in 1998, Mr. Long became President and Chief Executive Officer of the combined companies.

Mr. Long has a proven track record of building successful companies. From 1984 to 1988, he was President and CEO of Boboli, a branded foods manufacturer, which was acquired by General Foods in 1988. Earlier in his career, he was President and CEO of Bayox, Inc., an industrial gas and equipment distributor, which was acquired by Union Carbide in 1983.
