Doretta Morlacci is Chief Human Resources Officer for 3i Infotech North America (NA) and its subsidiary, Regulus Group. She has been with Regulus since 1998 and was appointed to the position with 3i Infotech NA in 2009. Ms. Morlacci directs the strategic Human Resources programs for all of 3i Infotech NA, covering over 2000 employees. In her role, she ensures alignment with corporate objectives and provides 3i Infotech NA’s management with leadership around organizational development, talent management and workforce planning, total reward systems, employee relations and risk management, corporate communications and leadership coaching.
