Doretta Morlacci
Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Morlacci joined Regulus in 1998 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She directs all Regulus' strategic Human Resources programs ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and provides Regulus' management with leadership involving organizational development, talent management and workforce planning, total reward systems, employee relations and risk management, corporate communications and leadership coaching. 

Ms. Morlacci has more than two decades of human resources experience having held senior HR roles in the manufacturing,  marketing and services industries.  She received her Bachelor's degree and Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California, and holds a certificate as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management.
