Jim McShea
Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. McShea is responsible for developing and managing the overall sales strategy for 3i Infotech, North America, and its subsidiaries, Regulus Group and J&B Software. His responsibilities include driving revenue growth and client retention, as well as overseeing marketing.

Mr. McShea is a twenty-eight year veteran of the payment processing and document imaging industry. Before joining J&B Software, Mr. McShea served as National Director, North American Partner Channel Group of Unisys Corporation where he directed all facets of Unisys Business Partner sales and marketing programs throughout the United States and Canada. As Chief Revenue Officer for J&B Software and Regulus, Mr. McShea is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with established clients as well as implementing new business development initiatives across North America. Mr. McShea holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA.
