Brian
Mulford joins Regulus as Product Development Officer
Napa, CA – February 21, 2006 – Regulus, the
nation’s largest independent provider of bill presentment and
payment processing, announced today the addition of Brian Mulford as
Product Development Officer. In this new role, Mulford will lead the
development of pioneering product offerings and state-of-the-art
transaction solutions. His direction will help Regulus build on its
ability to consolidate, mine and manipulate data in a secure
environment and provide innovative paper and electronic-based
solutions.

Mulford has more than 17 years of experience leading and implementing
product and enterprise systems for Fortune 500 and high-tech
organizations throughout the world. His most recent role was as Chief
Technology Officer for SourceLink Inc., the fifth largest direct
marketing agency focused on delivering marketing intelligence and
on-demand print services. Previously, Mulford was Chief Technology
Officer for Fidelity National Financial and Vice President of
Technology for hi-tech pioneer AlphaMicro & Countrywide
Funding, where he directed advanced software development, network
engineering efforts and high-profile projects.
Mulford successfully completed the University of Southern California
Marshall School of Business’s Executive MBA program and
California State University Northridge’s Business
Administration and Management program. He also holds multiple technical
certifications.
