Executive Paul Diegelman is celebrating his 10-year anniversary as a faculty
member of the University of North Carolina Treasury Management Series.

Mr. Diegelman
has been with Regulus for three years. He is responsible for new client
development and other industry activities which support the company’s growth in
a range of vertical markets, including utilities, financial services,
telecommunications and healthcare. Prior to joining Regulus, Mr. Diegelman was
a Vice President at Mellon Global Cash Management, a financial analyst at Baltimore
Gas and Electric Company and a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co.
