Regulus
Introduces Transactions2 Suite to Enhance Automation and
Control
Live demo at AFP Conference highlights groundbreaking
online interface
Las Vegas, NV, - October 16, 2006 - Regulus,
the nation's largest independent provider of bill presentment and payment
processing solutions, today introduced its Transactions2
(T2) suite of software and services at the Association for Financial
Professionals (AFP) Annual Conference in Las Vegas. The T2 suite
offers companies with large and complex billing and remittance activities
unparalleled visibility, flexibility and control over every aspect of the
revenue collection cycle, right from their desktops. The company also is
introducing View2 (V2), its intuitive, proprietary
web-based interface, which delivers single-logon access to all of the
T2 monitoring, marketing, production and workflow control
capabilities. The T2 suite and its V2 interface are being
demonstrated at Regulus' Booth #720 at AFP.
T2 uses Regulus'
proprietary technology to automate a broad spectrum of remittance and
presentment processes, enhancing productivity and reducing errors caused by
manual transactions. Customers can select from any or all of the T2
suite's more than 20 modules, with complete flexibility to add capabilities as
their requirements evolve. The comprehensive T2 solution, which
includes the entire suite, empowers forward-thinking companies to seamlessly
integrate all of their remittance and document presentment activities for
unrivaled control and workflow efficiency.
Some highlights from the
T2 suite being demonstrated at the AFP Conference include:
Dynamic Rules –Pre-defined instructions and filters at a specified
group or individual customer level for automatically posting payments, balancing
transactions, or routing payments either to online decisioning or to the back
office. Customized rules enable users to increase the number of payments posted
automatically, pushing faster collections each day.
Consolidated Archive –A single archive for all documents in each
account, whether for billing or payment. Provides a full searchable image
library of all outgoing and incoming documents for each account, retrievable
concurrently from a single source. Viewing the entire customer transaction on a
single page instantly improves customer service.
Regulus Introduces
Transactions2 Suite
Online File Approval –Enables users to view and approve print
documents online before production to speed processing and improve accuracy and
flexibility.
Real-Time Content Control –Quickly and easily customize pre-defined
marketing content areas on core documents for target marketing and messaging
campaigns. With the ability to set instructions for content and format before
production, Real-Time Content Control provides exceptional flexibility for
personalizing communications to customers. Research shows that customers spend
as much as three times more time reviewing the marketing messages on statements
than on direct mail, at only 5% of the average cost.
“After years of
responding to the demanding requirements of many of our nation's largest
companies, we keenly understand the complexity of their revenue collection
cycles and the benefits that process efficiencies can provide,” said Kathy
Hamburger, President and COO of Regulus. “With T2, we have
synthesized the innovative tools and methods our customers most want and need
into a well-integrated set of solutions that are both powerful and easy to
deploy. Wherever our customers' applications fall within the revenue collection
cycle, from data processing to statement creation to lockbox and depository
services, Regulus can help them reduce costs, improve productivity and enhance
control and visibility over their processes.”
Among Regulus' customers
are industry bellwethers in the utility, telecom, healthcare, consumer credit,
and insurance sectors. Regulus stores and receives nearly one billion images
annually. The company processes over two billion transactions each year, and
processes nearly $32 per month of the recurring bills in every American
household. More information about the entire Transactions2 suite and
the View2 interface is available at the company's T2
